My name is Richard, and I’m the sole operator of this store—a one-person operation.

I personally handle everything: sales, purchasing, shipping, managing the website, and yes, even taking out the trash.

When I started T1NParts.com, my goal was simple: to provide T1N van enthusiasts with the most affordable and reliable source for parts. By keeping prices as low as possible, I’ve been able to help many of you keep your vans running economically. However, small margins and profits have also made it difficult to grow the business or bring in extra help.

After listening to your feedback, I’ve realized that many of my customers value more than just low prices

—they want an overall better experience, including faster order fulfillment, improved customer service, and more accessible tech support. 

To meet these expectations and continue improving your experience, I’ll be raising prices in 2025. 

This decision hasn’t been easy, but it’s a necessary step to provide you with the service you deserve.
